Light and safe to use, canopy contains all the spray drift, wind is not quite
such a problem which means an increase in available pray days. It can be
attached to a large sprayer via a hose reel, or even worked from a Land Rover
fitted out with a tank. Scroll down the picture to see the 19lt electric
version. (You supply your own small car battery). Normally the jets are
close spaced working at 80deg angle to keep the overall height down. The spray
pattern from this configuration means that each jet does not have a double
overlap, however it has the advantage of being able to spray right to the edge
of its cover and so there is no need to overlap by 1/2 a metre as you do with
the 3 nozzle double overlap version. So why make a double overlap version?
Because with double overlap there is much less chance of spray striping when
using very high volumes or more viscous liquids. All versions are fitted
with red ball flow meters so the operator can see that the jets are working
under the cover.
