Our
Flagship trailed sprayer with tank sizes from 3200ltr to 5200ltr. The
3200ltr and 4200ltr tanks are both constructed from Polypropylene and
the 5200ltr from Stainless Steel. The BDL hydraulic folding boom is available 24m to 42m with
triple jets mounted on stainless steel lines, the boom frame totally
encloses the nozzle body giving total nozzle protection and pigtail
springs "kick" the boom ends up if the operator makes a mistake. Every
hydraulic ram operates independently using electro hydraulics. There is
boom tilt and the option to lock the boom solid in order to achieve full
independent fold. These booms can work with one side totally folded.
Boom tilt for working on side sloping ground is fitted as standard. The machine is fitted with variable
geometry. This allows each boom to raise and lower independently.
Especially useful in gulleys and other arduous terrain. Boom suspension is hydropnuematic, a unique configuration of
hydropnuematic shock-absorbers give an unequalled boom ride. Compact Trailed Sprayers are fitted with chemical mixer tank, container washers, in field tank cleaning system, self filler hose, full electric controls and rate controller as standard. The computer steering drawbar is one of the best performing and most sophisticated on the market. Designed with strength and smooth continuity using sophisticated, reliable software from Muller Elekronik. One of the world leaders in sprayer and spreader technology. The drawbar has the ability to ‘crab’ steer the sprayer at the touch of a button making operation simple. The steering uses a heavy duty twin ram system and tows as a conventional trailer on the road. The rate controller and electro hydraulics are all controlled from one neat box, with a touch screen facility and no mass of wiring from the machine.
